The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The pool area was nice, but the parking situation was terrible. It's also close to a golf course and attractions, which is a plus.

Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The parking situation was tough, especially during busy times. Also, very close to the local golf course, which was convenient for our plans.

I had such a wonderful experience strolling around the city, with so many attractions within easy walking distance—just a few steps to fantastic shops like Dickens Gift Shoppe and delicious restaurants like The Rogue Chef and Sugar Leaf Bakery & Cafe, not to mention the Music Factory and various other fun spots just a short walk away; the amenities at the hotel were great, with clean rooms and friendly staff, but the hotel's decor could use a little updating.

The bed was incredibly comfortable with plush pillows that encouraged a great night's sleep. the temperature control was a concern; adjusting the AC from 68 to 71 caused a strange burnt smell. The room itself appeared a bit dated, but it was clean and well-maintained. Noise levels were manageable during the night. The layout was functional, with bedroom separation for privacy. Although the staff was friendly, there was a strange incident where my room was accessed before checkout. the comfort of the room stood out, while some maintenance and communication improvements would enhance the stay.

We had an absolute blast! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for the kids, and the burgers from the Bistro were to die for!

Great location and amenities, but housekeeping was lacking during our stay.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with a location very near attractions and the convenience of an on-site Starbucks for breakfast.
No problems at all.

The reception staff are always clueless but available, a fitness center to ignore, and a pool with murky mysteries. The local concierge offered a dizzying array of nothing. I explored state parks, got lost, and found my sanity. Hilarious!
My room was a nightmare.

The housekeeping was non-existent—never saw anyone cleaning our room all week! I had to hunt down fresh towels myself, which was so frustrating! Just not the service I expected for the price.

The balconies provide a lovely view of the area. The staff was super friendly, and the pool and hot tub are perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The fitness center could definitely use some love.

The location was perfect for exploring town we were near everything we wanted to see and there were great dining options nearby plus the indoor pool was a hit with the kids who spent hours splashing around
It was pricey but considering the amenities it was worth it

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to the main strip. The friendly staff enhances the experience, and the clean facilities are a plus. The breakfast buffet offers ample options, though it could benefit from more variety. Ideal for families with spacious suites and great dining.

Great location and a clean room with a comfortable king bed and a lovely view. The on-site restaurant was a convenient perk, and staff delivered extra blankets promptly. the strong marijuana smell pervaded the hallways, diminishing the family's atmosphere. Housekeeping seemed unengaged, failing to restock essentials during our stay, and noise from nearby venues was intrusive. The aging facilities felt more like a tired country club than a four-star hotel. There’s potential here, but the experience was marred by inconsistent service and upkeep. Would I return? Maybe, but with reservations.

Location and staff shine. Spacious rooms and great amenities enhance comfort. The restaurant offers a solid breakfast experience, albeit busy and with lukewarm food. Impressive veteran memorial, but parking poses challenges on uneven terrain. Housekeeping struggles were evident; requests for towels went unanswered until we took matters into our own hands. Elevator issues on checkout resulted in long delays, testing patience. The pool situation needs serious attention—crowded outside area and a stifling, humid indoor space detracted from relaxation. A rudeness at the front desk marred initial impressions, yet their fantastic staff tried to make things right. Reservation mishaps reveal system flaws that need urgent revision. it has potential but requires critical improvements.

Had a cozy, clean room for a pre-xmas getaway, perfect for couples. Enjoyed the convenience of onsite coffee shop, restaurant, and bar. Amazing quietness around the halls made our stay truly relaxing. The location offered stunning views from our balcony at night, and the air conditioning was fantastic during our stay.
Parking was a hassle, steep and dangerous. No shuttles made walking up and down hills necessary.

I always appreciate when a hotel offers ironing facilities, as it's handy when I need to freshen up my clothes during a trip. during my stay at Thousand Hills Resort, the ironing facilities were a bit outdated and didn't work properly. The heating in our room was also problematic, as it kept going in and out, leaving us feeling quite chilly most of the time. the air conditioning worked well when it was needed, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. I also enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities in the room, which is a nice touch for starting the day or unwinding in the evening. The sitting area in the room was cozy and provided a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring the area. the lack of rollaway beds was a bit disappointing, as we could have used an extra sleeping option for our group. The dining table was convenient for enjoying meals in the room, but the patio area could have used some sprucing up. The Wi-Fi in the rooms worked decently, although it could be spotty at times. I appreciated the separate tub and shower in the bathroom, as it offered options for bathing. the bathtub looked a bit worn and could have used some updating. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the selection was limited. The AM/FM alarm clock came in handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment options. The carpeted floor in the room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. my experience at Thousand Hills Resort had its ups and downs.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all attractions and dining options. Microwaves available for guest use in the hallway. The friendly front desk staff was a highlight of the stay.
Outdated property with rooms in need of updates. Parking situation can be hectic, especially at night.
